Chemical modifications are indicated as follows: 2'-O-Me-modified nucleotides are shown by lower case letters, 2'-fluoro-modified nucleotides are shown by 'f' following the modified nucleotide and phosphorothioate linkages are shown by 's'. All sequences are written in the 5'-3' direction.
