(c-f) Young adult animals (~ 55 h post-hatching) labelled with Rhdextran-(as-2'OMelin-4)1 (50 μM injection concentration) displayed no alae (c) or col-19::GFP (d). 10 hours later (~ 65 h post-hatching), both alae (e) and col-19::GFP (f) appeared in these animals.
